A registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Anna began training to be a person-centred counsellor in 2012, later gaining further diplomas in ‘counselling children and adolescents' and 'counselling in the workplace' (EAP). She went on to achieve a first-class BSc.(Hons) degree in ‘Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic (CBT) Approaches’ and offers psychotherapeutic services to adults, children and adolescents locally, nationally and internationally.
Anna has worked within the Criminal Justice System, charity and school sectors since 1999 and during her expansive and varying career, has worked with individuals experiencing issues such as: depression, bereavement, anxiety, separation anxiety, Trichotillomania, alcohol and substance misuse, relationship difficulties and stress (but to name a few).
An advanced Restorative Justice practitioner since 2008, Anna offers consultations to families, family courts, businesses and schools on a confidential basis.
